After 38 years, one thing is clear.
The problems that hold businesses back aren't complicated. They're just unsolved.
Across nearly four decades — working with early-stage startups, family-owned companies, mid-market organizations, and Fortune 500 enterprises — the pattern repeats itself with remarkable consistency. A business is stuck. The problem is real. The pain is measurable. And somewhere, there's a technology solution that would fix it — if only the right person could find it and put it in place.
Antioch Solutions exists because too many businesses never find that person.

Who we are
Built from experience, not theory.
I'm Dan, founder of Antioch Solutions. I've spent 38 years listening to business leaders describe their challenges — in boardrooms and back offices, at early-stage startups with no budget and organizations like McKesson, Medtronic, HealthPartners, Toro, Trimble, and Rio Tinto with every resource imaginable.
The problems change in scale. They rarely change in kind.
What I kept seeing — across healthcare, manufacturing, technology, natural resources, and everything in between — was the same gap: a real business problem on one side, and a workable technology solution on the other, with nothing connecting them. No one to help identify which problem was truly high-impact. No one to find the right tool. And no one willing to stay long enough to actually implement it.
That's the gap Antioch was built to close.
Why Antioch
A crossroads, by design.
Antioch was a real place — an ancient city founded around 300 BC that became one of the most significant crossroads in the ancient world. Sitting at the junction of East and West, it was where merchants, ideas, and cultures converged. People came to Antioch from every direction, traded what they had, and left with what they needed to move forward.
That's the model for what we do.
Businesses come to Antioch Solutions from every direction — different industries, different sizes, different problems. Some know exactly what's hurting. Others know only that something is wrong. What they all have in common is that they leave with more than they arrived with: a solution identified, implemented, and working.
We are, quite deliberately, a crossroads.
The approach
We listen. We solve. We build.
Listen
Every engagement starts the same way: we listen. Not to pitch you tools — to understand your business. What's the actual problem? Where does it show up? What have you already tried? We ask more than we talk.
Solve
Then we find the right technology solution for your specific situation. Not the most popular tool. Not the most expensive one. The one that fits. And if the best answer lives in our broader network rather than our own toolkit, we'll say so.
Build
Then — and this is where Antioch is different — we build it. We configure, test, and implement the solution ourselves, handing it over to you working. You don't manage a project. You run your business. We take care of the rest.
We stay until it's done. That's the commitment.
Our portfolio
We don't just solve problems for others. We build solutions ourselves.
Antioch Solutions is also an incubator. The products in our portfolio were born out of the same real business pain our clients experience every day. They're not side projects — they're proof of our methodology, built the same way we'd build a solution for you.
If your business has a problem that feels stuck, let's talk.
Thirty-eight years of experience across healthcare, manufacturing, technology, natural resources, and everything in between means there's a good chance I've seen what you're dealing with — or I know who has. Either way, the conversation costs nothing.
No commitment. No pitch deck. Just an honest look at what's in the way.
